We made our wine for our wedding here and they were very helpful and talked us through the whole process. Awesome prices, very clean and well maintained. On the day of bottling we felt with Justin and he was so patient and very knowledgeable. We are truly grateful.

My husband really loves his wine and found he can drink himself into oblivion at a low cost by making it here. I've tried the wine he makes and although it's a bit sweet for me it was good. The staff here are top notch!! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The prices and products are excellent!

I am a new customer at DeFalcos and I was really pleased with the service and knowledge of the gentlemen who served me. They were recommended by a friend for their great service and it's exactly what describes my experience. I made 4 batches and in all it took about 15 minutes to complete the mixing. Now I am waiting to taste my new wine! Great place! Keep up the good work!

I had no clue where to go coming inside this little store in little Italy. I went directly to one of the staff, told him I’m new at this, showed him my list and he grabbed everything for me in a matter of a minute. He even took the time to shred all the grains and package them individually. The prices where low and the customer service was excellent. Thanks Jason for the great service! I recommend.

Top quality customer service from the whole team at Defalco's. An enjoyable experience everytime I walk in. Excellent selection of grains, hops and yeast (and have ordered speciality yeast for me when I needed Irish Ale Yeast) and also brewing equipment. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Defalcos to other brewers and homebrewers. The guys here have a great knowledge of brewing, ingredients and equipment and are happy to help, Cheers lads!

I had a great experience bottling my own wine. I found the staff helpful and friendly. Being new to wine making, I found I had several questions that the staff didn't have knowledge about. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. * Upon leaving this review, I received a call from one of the staff asking if he could answer any of my unanswered questions.

Great shop with almost all the supplies and hardware you could need. Had one very helpful staff member who really wanted to help. Then had another who couldn't bother, didn't want to help at all. Almost like I was personally inconveniencing him?

Me and some friends just got into all grain brewing and this place has us covered for grain, gear, and other ingredients. Ordering online then picking up in person could be improved if we could pay online, too. But otherwise the pickup process is efficient.
